取消政策

请于预约时间准时抵达，以便有充裕的时间做好准备。 若迟到超过15分钟，预约将无法进行，被视作自动取消，并会扣除项目 30%的费用。

 

您可以在距离预约超过48小时以上的时间通过微信或者电话与我们联络确认取消预约。

 

如果在48小时内临时取消预约，我们将会扣除30%的项目费用。 如果由于健康原因必须取消，请提供正规的家庭医生或医院证明。

延期改期政策

请于距离预约时间48小时以上通过微信或者电话与我们联络更改时间。

我们无法保证在48小时内能重新预约到合适的时间。 如果取消，请参考取消政策。

如果您的身体有任何敏感症状、病痛或其他障碍，请提前通知我们的客服或美容师。第一次预约请真实详细填写客户个人信息表格及告知书。来店请勿携带贵重物品。

Cancellation Policy

Please arrive on time for the appointment, so that both the client and us can have enough time to prepare/register on site. If you are late for more than 15 minutes, the appointment will not be proceeded, it will be regarded as automatic cancellation, and 30% of the project fee will be deducted.

You can contact us via WeChat, phone or email to confirm the cancellation of the appointment when it is more than 48 hours away from the appointment.

 

If the appointment is temporarily cancelled within 48 hours, we will deduct 30% of the service cost. If it is necessary to cancel due to health reasons, please provide an official doctor or hospital statement.

Postpone and rescheduling policy

Please contact us via WeChat, phone or email to change the schedule time more than 48 hours before the original appointment time. We cannot guarantee that we can reschedule to a suitable time within 48 hours. If you would like to cancel an appointment, please refer to the cancellation policy.

If you have any allergies, pains or other disorders, please notify our customer service or therapist in advance. For the first appointment, please fill in the customer’s personal information form and notification in detail. Please do not bring valuables when you come to the store.
